Holy crap i almost forgot a new episode dropped man Hadlar your still my boy i salute you damn the music the aura the suspense that giga strash was beautiful

Talk about going from hope to despair. Dai delivering his new strongest attack on Hadlar during this final clash. Combing both techniques from Baran and Avan to form this new attack. It all looked so pretty watching both Dai and Hadlar go toe to toe one last time, the animation certainly amped it up. They've both had many battles along the way and it ending like that is more than satisfying. What's not so cool though is that damn reaper Killvearn interfering. Popp hit the nail on the head that while Hadlar and his Royal Guard have honor a fair fight from the dark army is the most untrustworthy thing there is. Waited till the last second to spring the trap when both Dai and Hadlar would be vulnerable. Luckily the most clutch man there is sprung into action, I noticed Popp gone while Killvearn marinated over his trap to the others but didn't think he dove into the fire trap. Holding it back in the center with his ice spell, not able to for long as the heat increases. Things look very bleak now

They keep finding new ways to delay the final fight huh?

This is still like 10-20% of the whole final battle arc. Longest arc in the whole manga.

the whole palace is made of extremely durable material, as mentioned on their first arrival to it. Remember how that huge explosion destroyed the whole island it was on but the palace itself was untouched? It's testament to their power levels that their biggest attacks can scrape it's surface like that, but nobody there has the raw power to cut off a wing like that, besides maybe a well-aimed medroa.

how does getting hacked stop them from releasing an episode of anime? isn't the episodes and animation work saved on multiple backup servers? i can understand a 1 week delay but 2-4 weeks make no sense if they back everything up on regular intervals.

Also they have offline backups in case something gets deleted.
What happened is someone got into their "INTERNAL" network and when they discovered it they shutted down that section to investigate and resolve any other related issues. The long delay is indicative of how severe the hack was.
Also as stereotypical as it sounds, its japan we're talking about, the super efficient country where employes die due to overwork so you can believe they are not slacking off.
